The Challenge
JLI wanted to put together an event that was an evening of significance in the fight against cancer and access to affordable cancer treatment. This was the launch event of Pakistan’s First Cancer Protection Plan by Jubilee Life in partnership with Roche Pakistan.
What We Did
The event was held at The Marriott in Islamabad and was chaired by the honorable President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi with the First Lady and dedicated Champion for the Fight against Cancer, Begum Samina Alvi.
The event was attended by dignitaries and corporate leadership across the country to signify the importance of the cause, while ensuring the plan gets a solid foundation.
What We Achieved
The event brought relevant attention to the cause. Asma Nabeel, a brave cancer survivor, who shared her inspiring story of battling with the disease helped reiterate the value of the event.
Pakistan’s First Cancer Protection Plans were given to Adnan Siddiqi and Vaneeza Ahmad by the President.
